Digital . Perception . Design .

We design interactive, responsive websites, prototypes and GUIs that bring brand and user closer together.
We start with the user's point of view to understand the emotional and functional needs.
This combined with inspiring ideas leads to targeted and aesthetic designs as well as prototypes.
The results of testing improves the product continuously.

User-Centered Design

As the user is the one who works with the technical devices, he and his environment are in the focus of attention.

User-Centered Design

We familiarise ourselves with the users by looking at their needs, expectations, wishes, intentions, challenges, difficulties and usage behaviour.

User-Centered Design

With the user insights and the methods individually selected for each project, we create an optimal user experience supported by data.

User-Centered Design

The User-Centered Design brings long-term and profitable success that inspires users as well as you as a customer and moves your brand forward.

Cognitive
UX Design

By combining psychology with UX Design, the user

- navigates more quickly   through the website, app or   GUI and
- find what they are looking   for

Cognitive
UX Design

By combining psychology with UX Design, the user

- is picked up emotionally   and
- is neither over- nor under-
  challenged

Cognitive
UX Design

By combining psychology with UX Design, the user

- compares more quickly and

- makes decisions more   easily

Test

The prototype or an existing product is evaluated with different users.
We observe, listen and collect feedback and comments.
We interpret the results and make concrete suggestions for improvement.

Usability Test

The user evaluates a product on the basis of certain tasks and scenarios.

With a clickable prototype you can observe the user’s interaction directly and at the same time to find out the reasons for the decision of the respective interaction when using the laddering method.

A/B-Testing

In this testing, we offer users alternative versions and experimental functions of a product / service.

To see which version is better, we compare the reactions and results to find the optimal version for the user.

Prototype

We illustrate our findings and ideas by building clickable responsive prototypes from the drafts.
Low- as well as high-fidelity prototypes form the basis for early tests with users.

Lo-Fi Prototype

An initial visual basis for the layout as well as designs for interaction can already be achieved with low-fidelity prototypes.

They can range from initial sketches with pen and paper to the digital implementation of wireframes / mockups.

Both low and high fidelity prototypes are the basis for early testing with users.

Hi-Fi Prototype

We speak of high fidelity prototypes when the designs are very detailed, well-considered, clickable and responsive.

Both low and high fidelity prototypes are the basis for early testing with users.

We develop initial ideas and create visually aesthetic designs.
The overall composition gives the product its unique touch and leads to a clear design language.

Mood Board

This is an important presentation and working tool, similar to a collage of pictures.

It is a first step to experience the so-called Look & Feel, to present a concrete direction for the User Interface or to explain contexts between different elements.

Styleguide

We achieve a consistent appearance (online as well as offline) by creating a Styleguide based on the Mood Board.

This uniform visual identity includes the logo, fonts and colours used, image design, tonality of the texts, the website or even accounts in the social media.

Observations and information are examined from different angles.
We define, structure and organise core themes for the rest of the journey.

Persona

Based on a hypothetical user, we develop behavioural patterns, needs, goals, skills, attitudes, etc.

We expand them into archetypal user, perform interviews with the target user group and finalise the persona into an almost realistic character with which we develop specific User Scenarios and User Journeys.

User Scenarios

We describe the user's behaviour before, during and after the use.

Needs, desires, possible obstacles, decision-making processes and people involved are embedded in time.

All these insights are the basis for User Journeys with a successful interaction.

User Journeys

The findings from the user scenario are the basis of the User Journeys.

Step by step, we map the interactions of a TARGET-scenario in increasing detail and supplement them with features such as notifications, product comparison options, etc.

Card Sorting

We use this method to create an intuitive information architecture, navigation structure, associations and hierarchies.

After the user has grouped and categorised the information, it is presented hierarchically and supplemented with subtopics.

Tree Test

In the Tree Test, we evaluate the hierarchical tree structure.

The user receives specific tasks to assess the findability of certain topics.

Tip: This method should be done before developing building layouts and navigation systems.

Discover

We are going on a journey of discovery.
We get to know your ideas and the needs of your users.
We explore the environment to create a unique experience.

Expert Review

As it is well known that four eyes see more than two, 2 of our experts carry out this as-is analysis separately.

Based on ISO standards, heuristics, accessibility guidelines and technical problems, we summarise and prioritise the findings.

We add suggestions for improvement with which you can concretely continue to work.

Contextual Inquiry

This method provides information about the user in the context of use.

We learn how everyday tasks are carried out, which working tools are used and what influence the physical and social environment has.

We formulate requirements and specify them using the laddering method.

Competitor Analysis

In the competitor analysis, we evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors.

At the same time, we present correlations as well as dependencies and thus provide a meaningful overview.

User Interviews

During these interviews, we ask the user specific questions about themselves and about a concrete context (use of a system, behaviour, habits, etc.).

We then develop first drafts of the user scenarios to get a first insight into the User Journey.
